Deactivate All Devices

post

https://api.wafeq.com/bh/v1/devices/deactivate-all

Bulk soft-revoke every non-REVOKED device of your organization (test-env reset). NBR
has no deregister API, so this is local state only — mirrors ZATCA Device.deactivate.
